Positives: The soft water in the showers however the tubs could use some grippy mats so they are less slippery
Negatives: The beds could use some updating even 2 inches of memory foam on top of those mattresses made it possible to sleep on. The tubs need mats the pool needs to be fixed and add a hot tub .

Negatives: I did not appreciate being called rude when I simply asked if I could check in early. I made my res. in advance of the event I was following instructions of the event organizer, as a model I would be tied up when I was told no I said thank you & left?

Positives: The room was big and we could rest during the day. It was located near a mall so we had restaurants and shops close.
Negatives: We had a really bad experience from the very beginning. At the reception desk they were rude because they could not find the reservation. They were very disrespectful with my wife on the phone when they make her call to confirm the reservation (which was in her booking account but under my name). Finally the person at the reception found it (she was not looking for it right). She then gave us a room that was not the one we had selected and paid for (a King bed instead of 2 Queens) and said that this was the only room that was available. At night something started making noise at 4 am (similar to a washing machine). The hotel was okay but old and for that reason it did not seem clean. We only stayed one night but we received a message telling us that there would be no room service. It was cheap and we understand that it was not in its best conditions. What is not acceptable is that the staff at the reception is not nice with their customers and that they don't give you the room you have booked.

Positives: Very pretty hotel. Very clean very affordable
Negatives: Was bummed the pool wasn't open Lady at check in told us breakfast was at 630. It was actually 7 and that was too late for us as we had to head to a gymnastics competition. Mattresses were not comfortable.

Negatives: We requested a different room, a king with pull out couch in an alcove a few days before arrival and I was told no problem on the phone as the hotel was not busy. Upon arrival we were given a room with 2 double beds. When I went to the front desk the person serving us was looking for our room and said it was not available. She was not rude but was very indifferent to the situation. We then tried to check out a day earlier than planned and the same person told us that she could not cancel the reservation as it was made by Booking.com. Right away I sent them an email requesting the same thing from Booking.com and was answered in a very short period of time that although it was not the normal policy that they would contact the hotel to request this, and that they tried calling and emailing the property.When I returned to the front desk and showed the woman the email she said there was nothing she could do. Which again seemed very unlikely. We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the past 2 years but all our future visits will be at another hotel through Booking.com.
