Yes, after checking in staff gave me a key to 452, walked 1/8 mile to room, key opened door, a man was sleeping inside. Walked back to front desk, gave me another key to 352. I should get something for this, took a half hour, woke another man up, it’s bad

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

We reserved a room with one king bed and a sofa bed for two adults and one child but the sofa bed was not prepared in advance and there were no sheets, blanket or pillow provided until we called the front desk to request. Also, there were only two towels provided for three people.
