Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Room needs some updating. Ripped pull out couch. Faucet in kitchen was operable but really loose. There were 2 of us and only one chair to sit at table.

Positives:
The room was a good size and I liked having a free grab and go breakfast. It was also in a great location between Salem and Boston.

The bathroom door trim was broken, and holes in the wall. It was clean but for the price we paid I thought it would be a little nicer.

I like that they gave us a new room after I told him the bathtub wasn't draining and that we had some very, very loud upstairs neighbors.

Not a bad experience per se but I will never go back. Only one staff member truly cared about any issues we were having and he was able to give us a new room after our bathtub wouldn't drain. Unfortunately, the room that we received afterwards had a broken TV in it so we couldn't watch TV but it was still nicer than them to move our room so we could take decent showers. It was also very nice of him to handle the upstairs people who were stomping all night, we couldn't sleep at all the first night because of our neighbors upstairs but they handled it.

I had a reservation since a week before and when I got there on my reservation day, they told me they overbooked. That’s unacceptable, and it was late night I couldn’t booked another place, I had to sleep in my car because I came from far away.

Nothing was good except the location.
Negatives:
The place smelled like wet old dirty mold and weed. The whole 2nd floor wreaked of it. The bed sheets were dirty. The walls were all patched over and not painted. There was no remote for the TV in the room or anywhere for that matter. Didnt even touch the stove for fear of setting the place on fire. All the cabinet drawers were off kilter and crooked. The breakfast if you could call it that was non existent. A 250.00 early arrival fee was more than the room itself. I would never recommend this to anyone. There was no exchange of value.

One lady was nice and helpful, but the rest of the staff was rude and disrespectful. It was dirty, the tub still had hair in it and the kitchen had food on the floor from previous people.
Wifi, you have to pay for it for the hour or day, it's not actually free. It was like 25 or 30 for a day.
Had to wait a day and half for the kitchen supplies it said it came with, they were dirty when we got them. Came with nothing to clean them with there..
The breakfast is just hot coffee, hot water (for oatmeal, tea, or cocoa) little individual muffins or granola bars, that's all.
Won't be staying here again and don't recommend it

Staffs was very unprofessional. They weren’t responding to concerns regarding the room.
Doors didn’t work, elevators broke down when I had a bad knee from recent surgery. Cards barely worked to open doors/rooms the first night & two.
The shower drain didn’t work and sink drain. Residences there were very rude & made racists/harassments comments towards my wife. We had made aware to one of the staffs a night before about the situation but he just walked away. We had to leave a day early & had to spend money to book another hotel for Saturday because we felt like our needs weren’t met or mattered.

The staff were amazing. Kyle, who worked the overnight shifts was awesome. Personable, worked with guests and wasn’t rude or disrespectful at all.
Melissa the one who worked day shift was also amazing. Genuinely amazing all around.
Negatives:
The GM. The GM of the hotel however, was rude. She clearly takes the GM role as a role of authority. She’s rude, disrespectful, doesn’t let you get a word in, smokes a cigarette every five minutes. She allows the guests who do drugs, cause problems including arrestable offenses like domestic violence, and just overall have no concern of anyone but themselves, to stay. Fee free, or on a tab. While she immediately kicks out paying, hard working guests immediately. She’s rude, emotionally unstable and shouldn’t be a GM. Kyle or melissa should. The GM’s logic makes no sense and she’s not someone who should be allowed to have that position.

I never got a chance to stay because they overbooked the hotel and told me I didn’t have a room. I was left stranded with my husband and two kids, 4 hours away from home to figure out where we were supposed to stay that night.

This was quite literally the worst hotel I have ever been in my entire life. Used towels. Bedding was DISGUSTING. Mystery substances everywhere.
