Anthony at check in was welcoming, helpful along with comforting due to another hotel (extebded stay)we had to abruptly check out of . He had welcomed us w a big smile and told us we would b safe there basiclalt we went fromrags the riches w the hilton. The staff was kind, the room was huge, clean and comfortable.. Will definitely be back
Negatives:
The 1 ladies that take care of breakfast were rude and seemed like they hated their jobs. (Older slight accent woman and thin middle aged lady) the Hispanic young man was very kind n always said good morning to us, he was very helpful when they ran out of supplies.

Positives:
Check in was easy w friendly staff. Suite was comfortable, well arranged w thoughtfully designed amenities like the desk and stools w low table and I liked having the kitchenette. Easy access off of I-95. Restaurant nearby (110 Grill for us) and good. Expansive and varied sitting areas around lobby and eating area was very thoughtfully designed. Wish there was more green space around the hotel for landscaping and plantings although what you had was well cared for.
Negatives:
A curtain divider separating the bed from the sleep couch would have been nice for more privacy . Breakfast would have rated you higher if you had cut up fresh fruit but perhaps hard with all the families? Would have preferred plain yogurt in a bowl to scoop out, a pitcher for REAL maple syrup (not that corn syrup fake stuff! )
Pool was small and with no ventilation the chlorine smell was overpowering - just being able to open some doors would be helpful.
