Too much noises, no isolation in the room. There was a dog that kept barking at night. So we couldn’t rest.
The staff was rude, one of them was wearing a pink jacket and was shouting and swearing loudly to another staff member near the reception area. Not professional and with kids not pleasant to come in and see this.
Bin wasn’t emptied and it was totally full

It was clean and the bathroom fan was quiet.
Negatives:
Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were rock hard slabs. No road noise but lots of internal noise, we could hear everything from the neighbors bathroom. Very noisy in room heater/ac. WiFi connection was patchy.
