Too much noises, no isolation in the room. There was a dog that kept barking at night. So we couldnt rest.
The staff was rude, one of them was wearing a pink jacket and was shouting and swearing loudly to another staff member near the reception area. Not professional and with kids not pleasant to come in and see this.
Bin wasnt emptied and it was totally full

Beds were very uncomfortable. Pillows were rock hard slabs. No road noise but lots of internal noise, we could hear everything from the neighbors bathroom. Very noisy in room heater/ac. WiFi connection was patchy.

100% non smoking room is a lie. Room smelled of smoke. All the outlet covers were yellow. Very dirty. One towel. And a nice COLD shower to top it off. No hot water.
