The staff & the location.
Negatives:
Was disappointed in my room. The bathroom door didn't open easily ( floor wasn't level?) and it had to be pushed. Bathroom sink had no hot water - it was cold on the left & nearly ice on the right. Tub didn't drain well.

Loved the larger room (we had a handicapped room). It was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
Parking here can be a little challenging and there is an extra charge of $15 to park in their lot.

They charged us a higher price than what was reflected on booking.com when we initially booked. In the morning I went to the manager to show him the price I was told and he more than willing adjusted the price to reflect what was stated in the agreement via booking.com.
