Got charged a smoking fee, when I didn't even smoke in the room. Called to talk to the manager and I got a voicemail. I left a message to have them call me back to discuss and never received a return phone call. Seems like I am being scammed and extra 250.00 without any reasonable explanation. In this day and age, that is a completely bogus business move and needs to be rectified .

Place was clean, close to where we had to go , beds were comfy room was nice

They charged my card an extra 100 for a connivance fee that they said I would get back if nothing was damages which was not listed would happen nothing was damaged and never got the money back plus it said they had parking and breakfast again did not mention any extra fees 17.95 for breakfast that was not worth it !!

Our room was very large with a separate seating area and bed area and a tv in each. The bed area was far from the door so we didn't hear any of the foot traffic in the halls. The hotel was fairly quiet at night other than a few sirens in the area.
Negatives:
The pool area was pretty dirty. It looked like someone had scraped scum off the pool and then just plopped it on the ground next to the pool. The water itself seemed fine though. The pool bathroom sink had a bunch of trash and hair in it. There was a lot young kids at the hotel that weekend so maybe they just couldn't keep up. I went swimming early Saturday morning and was the only person in the pool area.
