Your staffs lied to me and my family about smoking and yet, we were placed in a room full with cigarettes and smoke scent.
Upon checking out, one of your staffs was very mendacious to us.

The hotel's location was very convenient for our visit to Worcester.

Our room was horrible. Room smelled of whatever was used to cover smoke odor; dresser drawer broken; holes in blanket, hair dryer falling off wall; cigarette stains on bathtub; tub drain rusted; paint peeling off ceiling; no wifi in room; & bathroom door split at bottom. Breakfast was skimpy & nothing to eat for someone with celiac. I only found out the water was undrinkable when I went to breakfast and asked for a cup of water. The front desk told us NOT to drink water and gave us a bottle.
