the room was disgusting. the floors were sticky, there was a smell coming from the garbage disposal, stains in the shower. just a generally dirty room. our service was also horrendous upon check in, with the lady being downright rude. upon check out however, a different lady took care of us and was very apologetic and friendly, and helped us put that experience behind us.
