The hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The dining area is way too small. There was food all over the floor,, the trash was overflowing and the tables were never wiped down that we could see. The person in charge of the kitchen was folding bath towels.

We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the hospital and having a 7:00 a.m. arrival time meant we could easily make this and avoid rush hour traffic.
Negatives:
An assumption was made that this would be up to the 'Hampton Inn' reputation and it wasn't. The hotel is aging and really, really showing its age. The bathroom is dated and definitely could be better, the room had a visible mud mark on the carpet that was there on our arrival. The bed was comfortable, staff was kind, breakfast variety was good.....it's just in a need of a good updating.
