My first trip to this hotel, and my last. It cost me almost 2k for 2 rooms, 2 nights. Understandable because it was Alumni weekend and a football game.
The location is excellent. About a 10-15 minute/drive to the stadium.
Check -in- Great, the staff were helpful, polite and accommodating.
Rooms- Outdated, smelled, and dirty. At check in they asked about room cleaning and we started yes. When we got back from the game the room was not cleaned, however they replaced the towels. Our rooms were Disgusting, worst I've experienced for any Hampton Inn.
Breakfast - average, excepted for any hotel. Plenty for everyone .
Again, the location and staff were excellent. I would sleep in my vehicle before stay here again.

The Rooms were outdated, and smelled Horrible and dirty. For 2k I expected at least decent.

The staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast offered a nice variety but the scrambled eggs, greasy hash browns and spicy sausage were my least favorite. My son loved making his own waffles.
Negatives:
Hilton desperately needs to update and overhaul this hotel that’s in poor condition. Ann Arbor deserves better.
