My room wasnt cleaned according to the plan we made when I checked in, and the receptionist was rude when I requested that theyd clean the room the day after.

Noisy dog across the hall! Dirty stains on Donna. Very small breakfast area. No overhead lighting. Noisy aircon. Hall carpets were past it. Bedside light wasn't plugged in.
