We tried to get ice cream from the kitchen at 7:30 pm and were told that the kitchen was closed even though there was signage saying that it was open until 10 pm . There was no explanation given .. in fact the girls was a bit rude about it . Will not choose this hotel again for our trips to Ann Arbor .
