I was double charged after paying through a booking company and had a hard time getting a receipt to fight the double charge. I am praying they did actually credit my card and I am watching because there will be words shared of it is not corrected. Also, the Tv cable connection did not work so it was a night of silence with the exception of a large dog barking through the halls at night.

Staff was terrible!!!!!! we paid for our room online through booking because power was out because of a storm. me my husband and 3 children. when we got to the facility we was greeted horribly and never stayed at the property.

The toliet was the right size for a big man.
Negatives:
It's smelt like an old dirty motel, cigarette smoke all over. The lighting was very dark in the hallways. Dirty towels with stains on them, dirty refrigerator, no remote control, the TV was way too small. Plugs were hidden temperature control was horrible.

Had it booked and confirmed with booking. com and got there and no rooms left. Had to find another place in the middle of a ice storm.

I didn’t like the fact that my toilet kept getting clogged and I had to grab the plunger from the front desk myself.
I also didn’t like that we had roaches in our room!!
Which I got in video!
And when I asked for a couple bowls and spoons I was told that they don’t bring it to the room and that I had to come down to get the items!
