This location is one that my wife and I took a chance with several years ago, just a room for after a concert. We've never had a bad experience with this place, and with the nearly unbeatable price it's a no-brainer to book here for a room after concerts at Pine Knob. We even booked a Rodeway Inn on a family trip to Tennessee a few years back and had a similar experience there. I'll always recommend Rodeway Inn for a cheap, clean, pleasant stay!
Negatives:
I think the only complaint I had was the lack of outlet space (the mini fridge and the microwave on top of it could not be plugged in at the same time as the TV, there were no more outlets), but that was such a minor inconvenience that I didn't even notice until the next morning when my wife pointed it out.
