Negatives: The porta crib was dirty as well as the hallway carpet. There was no elevator and the hot tub was broken.

Negatives: Need s better breakfast

Negatives: Vending machines not filled, and few choices to choose from. Property is a little dated with repairs needed.

Negatives: Unfriendly and room had a bad odor.

Negatives: The room was dirty we looked at the green tablecloth runner looking thing and there was cum on it, we found roaches in your shoes and bed after being there for a short time. The hot tub was not working and there was no mention of it until showing up. Not sure if I would have gone in it after the condition of the room. There was also someone walking the halls all the time loud on their phone not sure if it was staff or a guest but very rude. The staff was friendly. I definitely would not go back or recommend it.

Negatives: Have stayed B4 for 3 nights and was good. Came w my dog, paid the extra $. Was put at the furthest room from desk, and I have a severe disability, but do not need a handicap room that they charge more for. The heater was noisy. Go out the exit closest to room and can't reenter. Had to walk all the way to entrance then hike to room. We were moved to a better room. Not sure if we will return to this hotel. There are better in Bay City for the same price with better breakfast, rooms and staff

Negatives: This place was a gong show. The only nice feature is the lobby - which is presentable. Our room smelled, the bathtub was grotesque (old run lines from use - looked like it was 20 years old), the pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable and the duvet was wrapped so tightly/far under the mattress, couldn't pull out to actually cover myself fully at night. We put on the heat, but still ended up being cold. The continental breakfast was unusually filled with only packaged goods - there was little to no fresh food. The peeled boiled eggs that were in the refrigerator were in a gross, watery container. I ate almost nothing, except the yogurt (skipped the pop tarts and other synthetic/sugary goods), but decided to throw it out once I saw all the fructose and corn starch additives in my yogurt. The staff were pleasant when speaking to them, but moment you walked away or sat in the lobby, they appeared to be gossiping and giving side eyes to several guests. I never want to stay in a place that has the word Inn again. I imagine this is what it feels like to stay in a motel. Way overpriced for what you get - paid $93usd.
