First room had a dirty toilet and bucket in the bathroom. Next room, the ac was taken apart on the floor, and a pair of shoes in the room. Third room smelled like cigarettes and wet dog…
I asked for a refund and was given one.
That and the pleasant staff are the only the positives of the place!

I liked the location. The staff was polite. The pool was nice to have. There was yogurt, coffee, oj and packaged danishes.
Negatives:
The shower head was broken, the safe had a huge hole in it, hangers were broken, tv didn’t work. No shampoo or wash clothes when we got there. The staff responded to calls 1/2 the time. Stale cereal.

Breakfast was extremely limited. Only one cereal option, no produce, waffle machine wasn't ready, no muffins or bagels or doughnuts, very limited selection of beverage and no cream or sugar for the coffee. Not a place to stay at if the breakfast is an important part for you.
Negatives:
Placing a note card by the TV with operation instructions would have been helpful. A simple call to the front desk resolved the confusion.
