Negatives: I didn’t like I had to pay for breakfast and stayed 2 nights

Negatives: Update your site ASAP……… we booked this hotel because my wife has chronic pain and it had a hot tub. NOPE WE FOUND OUT IT WAS CEMENTED OVER THAT NIGHT WHEN WE ALREADY CHECKED IN….and your pictures show a hot tub. Also on IPhone maps when you scroll down it says HOTTUB….We have 4 kids and booked this hotel for the 2 boys birthday and we booked 2 queen beds and sofa bed like we have done the past 2 years when we stayed. NOPE WE GOT TO THE ROOM AND THE SOFA BEDS WERE REMOVED DUE TO A REMODEL. They did accommodate us to adjoining rooms after they finally agreed. UPDATE YOUR SITE ASAP…. This was a total crappy experience and we would go every year because it was the only one around with a hot tub for my wife. Well that’s not the case anymore. Also who did you all use for your remodel??? Trim was falling off, paint splatter on the windows and PTAC unit. Door wouldn’t open all the way and scraped on the tile and other sketchy work. The only great thing about our stay was CHEF MARCIA. Her food was excellent.

Negatives: I booked a king room with a sleeper sofa. On check in, the room we were given only had the king bed. The lady at the counter, who was very nice, said they didn’t have a room as described anymore. She switched us to a double queen. We got to the new room and the key card didn’t work. Back to the counter where she reprogrammed the key card. Back to the room and it still didn’t work. Back to the counter where she said the card reader must be messed up. She gave us a new room. When we got to room #3, there weren’t any trash cans and the toilet was malfunctioning and we had to take the back off the toilet every time we flushed. Woke up the next morning to only find out that the continental breakfast was $10.

Negatives: I tried to contact the property to make a change to my reservation but no one answered the phone. I sent a message via app and did not get a response. The rooms were nice, however, when my partner and I got up to our room the door was propped open. There was a random extra pillow case on our bed. When we went inside to use the bathroom there was a tissue in the toilet like someone was using it after it was cleaned. My parent's reported that their bathroom was not very clean.

Negatives: This stay the room was vastly different than our last stay which was same king size bed but mattress was not as firm, the sofa was in terrible condition and lighting was awful.

Negatives: Very simple but poor restaurant menu , lack of bar staff and dedicated Restaurant staff !! Meant slow service !!!

Negatives: Some of the lights in the room didn’t work

Negatives: Mattress was way too soft and lumpy. Toilet paper was one step up from sandpaper

Negatives: The pool and hot tub were closed. The breakfast cost surprised me, because I’m used to complimentary breakfast at all other hotel stays.

Negatives: I called when we booked a few months ago after receiving a message the bar and pool were unavailable. They assured me by our vacation time in July both would be open. Unfortunately the pool was closed which was very disappointing for the kids. We were able to use the pool across the street, which was okay but had to cross a very busy street and be let in by the concierge each time. The restaurant downstairs was also under some kind of service issues. There was one person taking orders, serving food, and cooking everything on a Thursday night. They were out of most menu items including most of the kids menu and steak of all kinds. We ended up going with plain noodles for the kids and a Caesar salad with chicken. They did comp our meal which was very kind as it was fairly inedible. There was no water in the lobby during the day and the “continental” breakfast was $10- just some coffee, bagels, apples + bananas, and cereal. No juice, no eggs, no biscuits or bacon, not even a waffle maker. Okay stay, had a great time, but the amenities were pretty bad for a Hilton property.
