We prefer to stay in a suite if our stay is more than 3 days - this one was. We "shopped", but had never stayed at Sturbridge Suites before. It was beyond all expectations - excellent in every way.

Uncomfortable bedding I itched laying In bed room 321 from sheets covers etc had to wear clothes as barrier to prevent itch/irritation in bed in order to sleep. Toilet not clean.

The room had bugs and per the staff they were believed to be bed bugs

I was unable to watch tv in my room the remotes didnt work on none of the tvs. They changed the batteries but it didnt work. I eventually bought a Roku system to be able to watch any sort of tv.
