The pool was nice and the hot tub was nice and warm. Clean rooms and a friendly staff!

Continental Breakfast had no milk and thus resulting in few options. Checked out early to go get breakfast.

The rooms were not very clean lots of dust left in the heating and cooling temp thing for the room made our boys pretty sick
The hallway smelled like cat urine pretty bad at some points we had to run to our room
Blow dryer stopped working
Breakfast was served everyday of the same stale biscuits and same gravy from the day before, not very edible
The pictures were very misleading
No towels ever available in the pool area
No extra toilet paper provided

Very disappointed. We've been returned guests but will no longer return. This past weekend was horrible. We only stay and spend our money here for the bar in the lobby. They closed it down Saturday and we were very unhappy. 2 days a week they are open and could not accommodate both nights. We were so upset since that is the ONLY reason we stay. Also our toilet over flowed causing a huge mess I cleaned up, then had to go ask for a plunger. The coffee/hot chocolate machine was down so that was annoying. Over all just very bad experience and we will never be back because of it. I'm sure they'll be no compensation for any of this either, further more why we are never returning. I asked for management to call me with these concerns, and nothing. Disappointed to say the least

The breakfast lady was exceptional, friendly and made sure breakfast stayed stocked.
Negatives:
Pool wasn't supervised . Kids were running all over the place without supervision. Pool is also quite small. There were no standard pillows on the bed, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear neighbors and people walking down the hall.
