Negatives: When we went down to talk to the night shift person , he was nowhere to be found..we checked and waited for about 10 min until we called out Hello. He came out with ear pods in and we asked for a key due to the fact we looked ourselves out. He just asked for room number and gave us a key( not asking our name or attorney to assure the right key to the right person.

Negatives: I did not like the fact that the property and staff changed the rules during my stay and did not allow myself and my family to stay the last night we were there, after I had already paid for the room. We stayed there for 5 nights in all & my dog stayed there for 2 nights. There was only supposed to be a hold fee of $100 which is to be returned if nothing is damaged. My dog caused no damage or harm. I took my dog back home 2nights before I checked out. I was out and about with my daughter and her friend when we returned to the room, the key didn’t work and they wanted $150 non refundable charge for my dog, although she wasn’t there anymore and had done ZERO damage. I offered to let them inspect the room. They almost didn’t allow me to get my things from the room but did. As I packing up my things I noticed a huge stain on the mattress as well. I just found it ironic, considering they were trying to take my money for no damages and yet don’t get their rooms even sub standard as far as cleanliness goes.

Negatives: When we first arrived the first room we were given the toilet was broken and it was not at all clean. It was very disappointing however when we went to the front desk the clerk was very pleasant and gave us another room without any problems. The front desk did mentioned that they would put in a word for a possible discount due to the inconvenience to management. However I did not hear any thing back regarding that. I I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it however this time was very disappointing and I'm not sure I will be returning.

Negatives: Before checking in I let them know that I was bringing my dog, as it is pet friendly. When I checked in I was made to sign a contract along with paying a additional fee for my pet, which I was happy to pay. The contract was a different story. Some of the items were reasonable-dog under a certain weight, clean up after them, responsible for damage, on a leash at all times, not allowed in the main room of the hotel. However there were some that I wish I had know before booking the hotel-had I know I would have chose another place to stay. The first was at no time are the dogs allowed in the room unsupervised. This is a town known for shopping. I was given the specific example that I was not allowed to go shopping and leave my dog in the hotel room unattended. Dogs were not allowed to use the grassy area to use the restroom regardless of cleaning up after them. You needed to walk to the back of the property where there were no security lights. Finally, if another guest complained, I would be responsible for any discounts they were to give to the complaining guest. I believe that this kind of contract needs to be posted on their website regarding the pet policy. If it had, again I wouldn't have booked with them. Unfortunately, I didn't know until after 5 hours of travel and arriving at the hotel later in the evening. I felt I didn't really have a choice to try to find another hotel.

Negatives: It was not clean. First room we went to the door was wide open, dirty linens were in a pile on 1 bed. Second room we went to had bags a garbage right outside the door and the phone did not work.

Negatives: Nothing other than disappointing.

Negatives: Upon walking in, the beds looked like someone slept in them. There were no pillow cases on the pillows. One pillow had a black stain on it. The floor was filthy, socks and feet were black after walking on them. There were dead flies in the corners of the room.
