Negatives: Rooms was not clean. Beds smelled, bathroom door had what looked like human fecies on it, water pressure was terrible in shower, dead flies in the window, no electrical outlets by the bed to charge your phone, we stayed two nights no housekeeping to drop off towels or toilet paper for the second day/night.

Negatives: Trash left from previous guests, floors were filthy, chemical smell in bathroom.

Negatives: Rated for being clean but actually the complete opposite. Rude staff. Stayed 2 days in room that t.v. did not work and a 2 inch gap in the door for the cold air to come right in. Not even a good value for the price. Stay elsewhere.

Negatives: Though it was a Monday night, leaving many vacant rooms, we were given room 202 which had a huge ice patch in front of our room. Given the season and the weather, ice is to be expected, but our room was the only room that had it in front of it. The fact that there was no caution signs, to visibility of any salt usage, nor a gutter by our room, it was a little surprising. On our way in my partner and I almost fell but hoped the problem would be addressed by morning. In the morning, obviously that wasn't my first thought in the morning and upon carrying out our belongings I (of course) fell ... Hard. Chipping the bone in my elbow, destroying my back, and ruining some of my belongings. Yes I brought it to the staffs attention, at which is was absently acknowledged, and that was it

Negatives: The room cleaner stole my boyfriend's pack of cigarettes while we were packing the car.

Negatives: Small tvs

Negatives: A hair dyer would of been nice.

Negatives: Key card did not work well.

Negatives: Coffee was not offered in lobby until 8am (no coffee in room) with breakfast (8-10am) that we never saw since we went out to breakfast for coffee. When we went to check out just before 7am the staff was asleep in the lobby visible from the windows and door.

Negatives: Bed was very uncomfortable and caused me to experience a great deal of back pain. Also, a number of patrons were booked in rooms right beside one another when there were multiple vacant rooms they could have been assigned to in order to leave a room between guests and eliminate the noise coming from adjacent rooms.
