The hotel was all around very clean. The staff when checking in were super nice. Pool was nice a bit cold but still nice.

The breakfast. It was pretty disappointing. It wasn't kept up on so three of the people there that I knew didnt really get anything. There was no bagels and that's what I was going for.

Second shift front desk attendant was very friendly and extremely helpful. I encountered an issue with the TV in the bedroom not working and she offered a couple of different options instead of just brushing me off. Great customer service!!!

Staff were very helpful putting us on the 4th floor so none of the sports teams would be banging on our ceiling
