First of all we got a room with AC not working at all: felt like we’re in sauna. Had to go and complain. They moved us to a different room, but…
We didn’t know this hotel has ZERO SOUND PROOF in the rooms: next door had bunch of kids in the room without any adult supervision. Those kids were having fun : screaming, jumping and pounding on the walls. We tried to call front desk : the phone didn’t work. Knocked on the door : nobody answered, but continued party. Had to get dressed and go downstairs to ask for assistance. The lady at front desk did absolutely nothing!!! Nothing!!! No help!!!
Didn’t sleep pretty much all night: those next door went to sleep well after 2 am and were up around 7 am
We had long drive home (over 7 hours) next morning and it’s wasn’t easy being so tired

The room we were in was clean, but the beds were not comfortable, very used, there was a rip in the curtain and floor tread where the tile met the carpet and the hair dryer did not work.
