Positives:
Nothing. I paid extra for an upgraded room, and was told it wasn't ready and unavailable! Ask for a price adjustment and was told the new room was same price. No carpet and the heat didn't work properly in the new room. The bed linen was dirty and stained. I wouldn't recommend letting my dog stay there, although someone had their dog in their room because it woke us up barking in the middle of the night. We couldn't find any other places to stay because of a home football game or we would have gladly moved!

Big rip off, don't stay...

Conveniently located for UM game. Staff was friendly. Room was ready early.
Negatives:
Wasn't very clean, the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Room didn't smell though. Damp towels from previous guests were still hanging in the bathroom, and there was mold on the shower tile. Tub was clean though. There was a side exit door right next to our room that didn't shut, so It didn't feel very safe.

Not sure if it was trucks on the road or someone in a nearby room but most of the night there was a loud rumbling sound (best way to describe it was like heavy furniture being moved around). Other than that it was a good place to stay

Smelled like weed, not clean, lights inop in hall— just not took care off. Kids sleeping all day in main lobby laid up on couches and they left side door open all day by stairs for anyone to just walk in— not safe.
