They overcharged me. Switched me out of a room that I cleaned myself. I went from room 211 to 207. The whole building needs to be investigated. They actually gave someone who has been in the motel for a while my clean room and then put me in their nasty room and then I got bitten by these bugs no one ever did an investigation no one ever came out to check and see what was wrong no one tried to satisfy me as a matter of fact they tried to tell me that what my doctor said was not true I have doctors papers telling me what I got bitten by and then it proceeded after that with the retaliation with them putting us out with them putting us in a nasty room with them using the police which I thought would be on my side end up being on their side because they blatantly said they didn't want us there is if we did something wrong this was the most horrible experience I've had.
The room was so nasty they Put us in a room where I ended up getting bed bug bitten and had to go to the ER.
The Managers Quintin, idiot to real customer service, flamboyant in his delivery but couldn't take it back would not give me an opportunity to get there as I was in training in Southfield and threatened my husband who has a heart condition and we have an autistic daughter who was sick at the time.
I had to call the police and they escorted my family and I out because the motel didn't want us there.
We were treated like criminals when what was done to us was criminal.
I will be contacting my attorney and the Attorney General.
Never ever again in Dearborn Ever and hopefully my review gets seen by many!!
