They were undergoing renovations and should have been closed. Their front desk was a table. They had no breakfast that was advertised. The room was dirty. When I closed the shower curtain a dirty wash cloth fell on the floor. The veneer on the bath door was falling off. The bath was dirty. They added a $4 charge on top of the price that I was quoted.

1st room was no habitable... 2nd was better but still lacking the most simplest of items promised.

The location and airport shuttle service was convenient.
Negatives:
No elevator access (elder person with us), no staff support - front desk was continually overwhelmed, there were dirty stains in the bathroom around the toilet, possibly dirt/feces. No staff available to give us towels, we had to re-use our towels to shower. The hallway was extremely dirty and loud all night, making it very difficult for us to sleep.
