Positives:
The check in process was easy. The bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
It looks like they have basically put a coat of paint on an old hotel. The restaurant and bar were not open when we were there (only open Thurs-Sat). It was too hot to use the outdoor space because it's in full sun. The halls are dimly lit, perhaps for ambiance or perhaps to hide the flaws. The bathroom was pretty basic and the shower room looked old. The shower was not great either. It didn't drain very well. We paid for secure parking and then found out we couldn't use it because they were doing some work on the parking lot. The immediate neighborhood is an industrial concrete jungle with little in the immediate vicinity but you can walk several blocks to Michigan where there are a couple of restaurants, shops and bars.

Negatives:
Forst room found a huge dead cocroach. Second room the bed had blood stains on sheets and woke up the following morning and stepped on a glass splinter.

Positives:
I like that it was easy to get into and out of the hotel parking lot. I like that you could not hear hallway activity when in your room. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Hooks are needed in the bathroom near the shower or at least on the back of the door. There is no coffee available outside of the small cafe located in the lobby. No breakfast options on site besides the muffin, bagel or croissant at the cafe (no meats or eggs on menu).

Positives:
The rooms were clean Austin. The staff member at the desk that checked us in was super awesome and very helpful. All of the staff members were amazing.
Negatives:
If this place had a pool and or a hot tub it would make it the perfect destination. It's a little bit out of the city, but I think it was a good amount. However, coming back from the city at night if you're walking or biking could feel a little sketchy sometimes. Overall okay.

Positives:
Beautifully decorated and interesting room decor. The bed is so comfortable and linens are high quality cotton. It’s a serene, quiet environment with outdoor spaces. Bicycles are available to take off and explore the area. And what’s better than Batch brewery across the street!
Negatives:
Bathroom doors squeaked. And had trouble with side door access necessitating a call to front desk for new keys.

Excellent spot to sleep comfortably...
Positives:
Room was decently clean. Overall nice spot.
Negatives:
Sheesh... the staff got into an argument at the front desk for about 20 minutes in front of guests - Loudly. Not much else to say. It was awkward. The rooms and vibe are decent. rough around the edges, but a decent place for the price. But staff yelling at each other in front of guests means I won't stay again.
