Took three rooms before they got our family in a clean room. No vending machines . Beds were uncomfortable blankets had stains on them. One key card didn't unlock door. Got locked out of hotel door wouldn't open for any guests ( cold and rainy outside) only coffee tea and hot coca available for breakfast drinks.no syrup for our waffles. Front desk lady walking through hall spraying air freshener to take away the odor .

The staff was very pleasant. The Second room we requested was passable. The pool was cool but needs to be kept up more.

Our 1st room, made us feel like we were in a straight up crack hotel.
We live close to Detroit,
So that's Sayin Somethin!!
The entry door on the exterior of the building, closest to our room, had a card entry, that didnt work, as well as No Lock On the door itself, So there was No Discernable security, Whatsoever.
The 1st Room was a joke, it had a broken toilet seat cover, that was placed sideways, on the toilet. The lights in the room were hit and miss, some worked, some didn't. Not to mention the shared light, between the beds, that was haphazardly placed diagonally on the wall, as if to indicate, the people in charge of fixing, and or, repairing basic issues in and around the hotel we're Sub-par, at Best.
To further help you understand our "visit" at Quality Inn,
the rotary turn knob's on the lights were missing, So they were sharp and u had to be Very Careful to turn it on,
That's if that particular light fixture was working.
The Topper to our "Visit" was
the Broken Tiles in the Bathroom,
That Sliced Open our 12yr old sons' foot!
I Hate Writing Bad Reviews,
But Quality Inn has Left Me with
No Choice.
This was Supposed to be our Familys,
End of the Summer Getaway...
And Thanks to the Quality Inn,
in Dundee Michigan and Our Experience there; All we Wanted to do,
