Positives: The location was close enough to the MSU campus. We had a busy day planned so we checked out before breakfast.

Negatives: Our heating system was loud and the fridge made a popping sound that kept my daughter awake because it was next to her head. The noise coming from the floor above us was ridiculous. It sounded like someone stomping up and down the hallway. And the bedding smelled musty.
