The staff are always friendly, very helpful, accommodating and professional. The breakfast included is such a bonus!! Parking is included and free.
Negatives:
The train runs nearby (that’s an East Lansing not a hotel thing) maybe not great at first for light a sleeper but I still choose to stay at the Residence Inn for all other reasons.
