The front desk person a young lady was arguing with someone very loudly for 1 hour with another employee at around 11pm my door is near the front desk so I could hear everything I recorded some of the arguments

I had to go out of my way to get a cash deposit, that I did not know I would have to pay, and there were absolutely no signs stating there was a deposit. The room only gives one was cloth per room. NO COVER! No breakfast served like they say they will.

room key entry had issues. door would not close completely without adjusting.the rude night time agent was disgusting 2/24. there was an extension if one say on my stay. it was paid for as a separate book. he could not find it. and was locked out.

Location& staff was great, but the towels were horrible. They offer a kitchen with no pots, pans,bowls utensils.

The pillows are FLAT
THE remote never worked to my tv so I never was able to use it

The room keys dont work. That made me feel very unsafe. Someone was locked out their room for 30mins before staff came to the rescue. Limit towels and hot water served for breakfast. This place needs a total Upgrade
