Positives: Great location and a nice, firm mattress. Quiet. I got a decent night's sleep at a bargain price.

Negatives: Everything about this property is ugly, old and tired. Room was dreary. Fixtures aged and worn, plaster cracking, bed clothes basic, brown and way out of date. A lot of repairs made to the room with...less than precise craftsmanship. Slightly musty smell. Showerhead barely 5 feet above ground level.
