TV was good.
Negatives:
The room was very run down. The heater A/C unit cover was missing. The bathroom light cover was missing and the blower vent didn't work. No screen on drain in tub. You could see daylight around the door frame to outside. Had to wait for housekeeping to clean the room.

It was a place to sleep and it had A/C after a 2 day power outage if was a cool place to sleep.

Staff were able to help me quickly when I had an issue and my new room was very nice and clean. There was a spacious bed, desk to do my work on, and tea in the morning.
Negatives:
My original room had been trashed and reeked fiercely of cigarettes when its a no smoking facility. Surprised staff didnt notice this before my arrival. The only downside of the new room is the light was so bright outside that it illuminated around the curtain and I kept waking up hourly thinking it was morning.

Staff was rude , Manager Jessica was very rude & also I was over charged 3 different times before asking for a smoking room booking a smoking room getting inside a smoking room to get charged a 200$ fee for smoking in the room..
