Top latch on door has been ripped out so only the key card lock worked. The adjoining room door did not fit. There was at least an inch gap between the door and the frame. The metal hardware was missing and only about 1/8 in of deadbolt was in the frame.

This place was awful. A guy was passed out/Od'd in a car parked next to mine. It was very dirty. The room was so small we could barely move around each other. The bathroom was dirty and the size of a closet. The pool was dirty. A man with open sores on his legs got into the hot tub so we didn't even get to swim or enjoy the pool area. I checked in at 4pm and checked out at 7pm. Didn't even ask for my money back. Just wanted to get my kids out of this place.
