I dont like that literally EVERY time I come here their pool isnt open! Thats the main reason I bring my kid is to get in the pool and hot tub and its never open! They are literally ALWAYS waiting on the SAME PART! They wont give discount rates for it either!

Very clean and great esthetics! Rooms were decent sized. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The pool and hot tub were down aka needing cleaning the entire duration of our trip. The hot tub and pool was the reason we chose the Hampton in the first place; especially over cheaper hotels. The day we checked in they said it should be cleaned by the next day and it wasnt cleaned in 3!

Breakfast area was open and clean.
Negatives:
They charged an extra 50.00 which took longer to check in. They also ended up double billing me for the room. It really didn't help buying online. It would have been better to just call the hotel.
