The Quality Inn hotel is directly off Interstate 75 and centrally located in downtown Gaylord, within walking distance of several local restaurants, bars and unique shopping experiences. The Gaylord-Otsego County Airport is only one mile away. This hotel is also close to popular points of interest, including, Boyne Mountain, Call of the Wild Museum, Treetops and Garland golf resorts, Otsego Lake and Otsego Club ski area. Gaylord is well known for its many world-class golf courses and is known as Golf Mecca. Many Golf Mecca courses are within 45 minutes of the hotel. The hotel offers customized golf packages at any of the local mecca courses. There are 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails surrounding Gaylord that are directly accessible from the hotel. Boyne Highlands and Garland ski areas are within a 45-minute drive. Cross-country ski trails are also offered at all the local ski resorts. The Mackinac Bridge, and Turtle Creek, Odawa and Kewadin casinos are about one hour away. There are a wide variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges located in the area. The on-site restaurant and lounge, Gino's Restaurant, specializes in Italian cuisine and offers daily lunch and dinner specials. I found a container for live rosin (marijuana) open in the pull out couch, the along of garbage Ave crumbs under the couch was just fantastic, not to mention when I went to grab my nephews toy out from under the couch I got cut by a staple or nail from the underneath as the couch lining seems to be falling apart.

Noise all night long, neighbor's were having fun I guess. The motel need quiet hours and needs to enforce them. Not good for a couple travelling that needs a good night sleep.

Huge room. Large bed. I was quite surprised to see those in this low-ranked hotel. I quite liked it. And the breakfast is good. In addition, the TV remote has a sleep button, which you can't find even in some expensive hotels. The price is right. Parking is free.

It's a bit run down, but for the price you get excellent facilities. When I was leaving, there was no one at the reception desk. I just left the key.

Should not be even a choice privilege hotel chain.very DIRTY OLD AND VERY DATED. Poor security. Doors are open for everyone to come and go on side doors. It looks as if the doors had markings where the latch was so bent up they cant lock themselves .

No pool or Hot Tub closed and inoperable. Very dirty low budget dump .

We left the hotel at 9:30 pm and didn't stay overnight. Too many issues with this property so we drove home instead of staying the there. Loud music and noisy people. Many people coming and going. Cars and vans in the parking lot with people inside that were not coming inside. We did not feel safe and were worried that there would be trouble.
Negatives:
Our room was just down the hall from the lobby and the music and noise was going on for over three hours and no one told these people to settle down. Kids were running up and down the hallway. Doors were propped open and people were going back and forth to different rooms. Several guests were next door to us and playing loud music and playing cards for several hours.
