Located off Interstate 96, this hotel offers a free shuttle to Gerald R. Ford International Airport, 2.5 miles away. It features an indoor pool, free daily breakfast and rooms with free Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, our shuttle service has temporarily been suspended. We are hoping to get this back as soon as possible. A microwave and fridge are standard in all spacious rooms at Country Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Airport. The traditionally decorated rooms also feature a cable TV and a work desk. Fitness and business facilities are located on-site for guest convenience. Free weekday newspapers are also available. The sheets had cigarette burn holes in them and one panel of the sheer curtains were shredded. The elevator was making terrible noises...they had a sign posted that the elevator was safe but to stop extra wear on the belt please use the stairs. We were on the 3rd floor but still would not use the elevator because it was loud and jerky and scary!

The staff wasn't that friendly. We checked in and she was very short with our questions and rude. The keys wouldn't work to get into our room. The hallway wreaked of pot. We had to go back several times to get new keys. We stayed by the airport and we didn't feel very safe it wasn't in a good area. It was close to alot of stores.

Site needs updating. There was no hot tub, 24 hr offer for coffee in the lobby was inaccurate as coffee was cold, couches in the rooms were filthy, curtains were torn, doors were misaligned allowing light from hallway into room and the first room given smelled like a wet ashtray.
