Unfortunately, our shuttle service has temporarily been suspended. We are hoping to get this back as soon as possible. A microwave and fridge are standard in all spacious rooms at Country Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Airport. The traditionally decorated rooms also feature a cable TV and a work desk. Fitness and business facilities are located on-site for guest convenience. Free weekday newspapers are also available. Orange juice this time was thick and tasted like it was made of old/spoiled oranges. Cranberry juice was too sweet and tasted watered down. Usually excellent on both. This time, not so much

I made reservations with front desk for 5:00 am shuttle pick up and found out 40 minutes later that it was reservered for wrong day! I had to make other arrangements go transport to airport quickly and was stressed out and rushed.

1. No maid service for the 3 days we were there. We were told that they are only available M-W-F. 2. Breakfast not very good. Cold cereal was the best thing offered. 3. Youth group there the first night we were there very noisy until 12:30 AM.

Rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. The breakfast was decent. Lots of outdoor furniture shielded from the weather outside.

Pool was cold (toddler loves the water and only wanted to stay in there for a few minutes. This hotel is connected to the Meijer's parking lot. Stayed for appt. at Children's Hospital. Emergency happened unable to stay for next night. Not refunded!

Clean room. Everything worked. Decent breakfast. Nice staff. Free cookies, lemonade, and coffee 24/7. Lots of patio space.

The pool was cold. The pool rinse off station did not work. I had an emergency and leave to leave at 11:00 A.M. to drive 125 miles. I paid for a night I was unable to use (which to be fair was a last minute emergency). I tried to explain into the staff (after my daughter's appointment at the Devos Children's Hospital), but my words fell upon deaf ears. The couldn't find my even after I told her my room #. The employer kept associating me with a different customer. I gave up on explaining told her thank you and hung up. So that's my story!
