They are near airport. They allow cars to park long term and overnight normal travelers are forced to find parking in overflow area. Should be the other way around and overnights should have ready access to their vehicle.

The weekend breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, the staff was mostly professional.
Negatives:
We were double charged for our room, due to a mistake of new staff. We needed to wait for the money to be refunded at a time where we did not have extra cash. The front desk agents did their best, but the manager didnt even speak with us. It felt like we were not worth their time.

Overall decent stay with unexpected, unnecessary complications that interfered with our ability to enjoy our time.

The comfort of the room and the staff was very very nice. I loved the fact that there was a kitchen inside the room that came with all the items you would need.
Negatives:
My daughter got bit by something while sleeping. The waffle machine was only on the weekend! Then when my sister in law came to pick us up, she had her non verbal autistic son. He makes noise and I was told someone complained but the whole time someone was jumping over top of my head! I had to ask her to just leave so I wouldnt get kicked out!

The property was amazing new. Ambiance was spectacular. They had a kitchenette in the suite. It was a busy weekend with different sports tournaments . They actually had breakfast earlier at 6 am to 10 pm which was amazing because there were very early games. Thats was very nice of them loved the property. Location was a walking distance from MSA Fieldhouse restaurant, Meijer and Chick-fil-A and other fast food were all close loved it
