Good location, rooms were clean, staff was friendly, nice place

The pool area was out of control, kids with pool noodles smacking the water in the pool and hot tubs, floats from the beach,teenage boys playing football, diving off the sides, complete free for all. We informed the front desk they said they would take care of it but we left the pool area. In your staffs defense the parents of most of the kids were sitting at the tables on their phones, I guess you may need a pool monitor because the parents that night didn’t care what was going on.

they were able to accommodate early check in without an early request. Large breakfast area accommodating even a tour group with filling breakfast options. Indoor heated pool with tall ceiling so it wasn't loud. Indoor AND outdoor hot tubs. Arcade for kids. close to all the big box shops and restaurants while only being 10minutes from downtown. Rooms were spacious, well organized and VERY clean!!! This hotel also had multiple elevators throughout the building so you didn't want to use the main one of it were busy or far from your car. Every employee that I ran into throughout my stay were extremely accommodating and friendly (reception, maid service, service men, breakfast/dinning crew) all were amazing!!! This hotel was also able to accommodate a next day reservation check in when my other hotel cancelled the night before I was supposed to check in. Overall a great experience and we will be only staying at this hotel when we come to holland from here on out!

Lack of parking on busy tulip time festival week. On a normal week there would be plenty of parking I think however.

Price was elevated due to tulip time,but I came for my granddaughter’s graduation at Hope College. Perhaps in the future you could give grandparents a discount for graduation.

Beds were comfy. Good location. Front desk staff positive and helpful.
Negatives:
The breakfast was sub par. Toasters were poor quality and took forever to toast muffins and toast. Eggs were watery.
Housekeeping did not make the beds 1 of 3 days. Toilet was dirty and not cleaned.
Staff other than front desk seemed unhappy, made no eye contact and didn’t speak to guests. You need to help them engage and work on being a part of the customer experience. Don’t chastise them but teach them some tools of customer service and engagement.
