The pool was broken and we literally chose that one because it had a pool . The associate at the counter said it has been broken for four days . They did t tellnus it was broken when we checked it . We got settled and got out suits on and then found out . This was lousy .We booked our stay one day before our stay they should have told booking it was broken .also the coffee was cold and the sweets were old and soggy.

It was convenient for what I went for, as shuttle was across the street.

Check in was not good. I reserved a suite at $212.82. Initially gave me a non suite room. Once that got resolved and got a suite, then I was going to be charged $350+. Desk person had to call wyndam. They additionally stated my credit card got declined. When I looked, it wasnt even my credit card! I ended up paying cash $221.76, which was still above what I was quoted on booking.com. It was not a good experience.
