hotel cancelled reservation accidentally, so I was unable to check in til 7pm,arrived at 3pm. I had to rebook entire stay & pay again. refund wasn't processed for 4 days. hotel also didn't refund my deposit until I physically went back 7 days later to ask

* Possums in between the floors running around @ 3am * Reeked of smoke * Guests smoked immediately outside of their hotel room * Heat wouldn't turn on

Front desk and consessions was open 24/7.

Had booked conjoining rooms and one the rooms to have a balcony,but upon check in, I was given different rooms,not the rooms I had anticipated. Also there was no breakfast offered which was supposed to be included during stay.

My room smelled like smoke really bad. This is a 1 star hotel. I paid too much for this hotel. I would never stay here again.

The shower knob was broke. They charged me $50 security deposit to make sure no smoking in room. They kept my deposit because they said I left a purple stain on the sheets. I have photos showing otherwise.
