Positives: Coffee was great.

Negatives: Took at least 15-20 mins to check me in while others were being checked in quickly. Thought I didnt pay for my room when I paid ahead of time. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows weren't that great either. I was disappointed due to it being a brand name hotel. It should be rated 2.5 stars. Also, my room was right near the elevator. Room was so tiny. I didn't snap photos due to condition of room, shower, flooring, bedding, hole in chair..etc.
