Positives:
There is nothing to recommend about this property. We've stayed in a lot of places over the years and this was, by far, the worst.
Negatives:
When you book a budget hotel, all you're looking for is a clean, safe place to stay and this Red Roof Inn fails miserably on all counts. It isn't clean and it isn't safe, something which is apparent as soon as you pull into the parking lot.
The room had a blood stained mattress, filthy bathroom, dirty floors and the list goes on. Left within an hour and found a room at the Fairfield Inn.
Don't believe any of the positive reviews you may see here, Expedia or other sites.

Im copd and I'm easily effected by pollin dust and germs during my stay I had a asmah attack and come to find out the reason being is because I was breathing inn dust from your horrible filters that are never cleaned id like to be recompensated by adding two free nights or my money back

Filthy air conditioning filters causing me to have breathing issues due to my COPD and breathing in dust

It was the cheapest room in kalamazoo
Negatives:
It reaked of smoke and there were cigarette burns in the top sheet. The room had beetles and a spider in the tub. Mattress was well passed it's prime. Would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Hotel maids had excellent communication with my 2yr old daughter. Was considerate on my well being and reason for staying. Vicky especially was outgoing and child friendly.
