The size of the room

It was updating room. With that being said, we were on the 3 rd floor. When we arrived, almost every room was being worked on. The workers tools and mess were all over the hall. The smell of glue and grout was horrible! Our room smelled so bad of plastic, and glue it was horrible!!!!!!! There was dried glue/grout all over the floors. The floor should never have been able to have people stay on it. They should have waited for all of the redo to be done!!

"Overall, my stay at Staybridge hotel had its ups and downs. While encountering a broken stove upon arrival was frustrating, the staff's prompt and friendly response, along with their genuine efforts to fix the issue, were commendable. Additionally, the cleaning staff, though initially overlooked, made an effort to tidy up our room. After I had to call. While there were setbacks, the attentive service from the staff ultimately salvaged the experience."
