I really liked the staff, they were all very friendly, helpful and nice. They always acknowledged me and made helpful suggestions. They showed they remembered me when we met again later in my stay
Negatives:
We were staying for 2 weeks and thought we would get the room cleaned after the first week. Room cleans are done on the scheduled day following the 9th night. When I queried it they explained this and arranged for my room to be cleaned. Also towels or bedding can be dropped outside the room door to be exchanged for clean ones whenever needed. I did like not having a daily clean as this gave me more privacy. I would have liked the cleaning policy to be more clear at the start of my stay

The room was clean and comfortable.
The kitchen in the room is well equipped and it has everything needed.
The hotel was quite even if quite busy.
Negatives:
The location is close to East Lansing campus, so it's good if you need to reach the campus easily, but otherwise it's in the middle of nowhere.
There is no bar or restaurant but just a corner where to buy snacks and drinks. Late at night we had to wait a while before we could pay for the stuff we got.
