Staff was wonderful and accommodating for our late check in.

The sofa bed was not clean, the mattress cover you could tell hasn't been changed had hair and dirt. The air conditioner/furnace wasn't working right when we got to the room it was 78 degrees and when we lowered it to 70 the temp only went down by one degree. It was also really loud making it a little difficult to sleep comfortably.
The bathroom needed some TLC as well. We had only one roll of toilet paper and that one roll was not full less than half.

Hotel was close to our event, plenty of restaurants and businesses nearby for dinner and entertainment. Staff was all pleasant.
Negatives:
Had to change rooms because our first assigned room still had a dirty kitchen. Second room wasn't exactly spotless. Furniture was stained, dishwasher wasn't mounted correctly, plenty of dust/fine dirt in corners, weird stains on walls.
