Positives:
First, the staff were all very polite and ready to help in any manner.
Its location is the best part as it straddles Lansing and East Lansing. If you have anything to do with the University and you don't want to pay a premium then this will definitely work.
The indoor pool was great. Having a place to get some easy exercise during the Winter is a real bonus.
Negatives:
The place is not the most attractive. But then again the cost reflects that. If all you need is a bed then it certainly fulfills the need.

Bed was clean and comfy and the room was clean . The staff was friendly and location was good .Bathroom was clean .check in was fast and easy .

The hotel rundown and dingy .Almost a little scary. Needs a major up date .Noisy at night - slamming doors people talking arguing all night. Not outside window - window in room out to hallway ?..would not recommend to females travelling alone.
